Thanks to the generosity of our members we raised $1,468 for the Children's Advocacy Center! These funds cover the costs of providing CAC services for one child for an entire year. ARLINGTON RIDGE COMMUNITY YARD SALE
The yard sale is scheduled for October 9-10 from 8 am to 2 pm. This has been a wonderful way for LCWA to raise money for the CAC. In order to participate in the event, a couple of things are needed:
1.) A member from Arlington Ridge to host LCWA’s participation at her home
2.) Volunteers to set up, sell, and clean up
3.) Items for the sale

LCWA FASHION SHOW AND TEA
Once we have a place for the sale, we will begin asking for volunteers and items for sale.
Planning for next year, one of the fundraisers being considered is a Fashion Show and Tea. In order to make this happen, we are in need of volunteers to serve on a committee to organize the event. If you are interested, please contact Lu Giordano at 352-728-1277 or ladybutterfly15@outlook.com.

Meetings are normally held the fourth Thursday of the month with the exception of November and December. The dates for these two months are November 12 and December 10.
